FINGER INDUCED LUCID DREAM OR FILD
So, we discussed some habits that you need to develop to see a lucid dream. Now, we will discuss FILD or FINGER INDUCED LUCID DREAM, this is a really effective way of lucid dreaming, especially for the beginners. This method just requires your hands and your alarm clock. You have to follow these tips first-
TIP 1. KEEP A DREAM JOURNAL- By the time you wake, whatever area, you saw last night, note down about that dream in your dream journal. This will meant to increase your memory and also be helpful to make you see lucid dreams at night. This tip falls under FILD.

TIP 2. ESTABLISH A SLEEP CYCLE- Do this so that you get to know that when is your REM sleep cycle and you wake up at that time.
Now, you are following these two tips then follow the steps given below.
STEP 1-Go to sleep as usual and set an alarm between 4 to 6 hours after you fall asleep. This is to make sure that you wake up in the REM cycle of your sleep. If you wake up as per the alarm after seeing a dream, then you have to write about that dream in your dream journal.

STEP 2- Do not move too much and you can move a little to stop your alarm. After stopping the alarm, just relax your body.

STEP 3-Now go back to your bed and try to sleep normally. This is to make sure that you are at the point before you fall asleep. Once you feel like OH YES, I AM ABOUT TO SLEEP, then you can start with this FILD technique.
STEP 4-Now, one of your hands should be placed on a flat surface like bed, ground or wherever you are sleeping. Now you have to take your index and middle finger and imagine that you are playing the piano with your fingers. Since your body should be relaxed, you have to move your fingers up and down, slightly.
STEP 5-Now you have to move your fingers lightly and move your fingers lightly and less and less noticeable. So that in the end, you do it almost invisible.
STEP 6-Relax your mind and body even more. Try not to think about distinctive things, but concentrate alternating between your fingers.
