Exam season is around the corner. And we all are spending our time studying for it even I study for it daily, And in this blog, I will share 5 tips to memorise faster. These tips are scientifically proven and I personally use them during my exams. So let us get started.
DON'T HAVE TIME TO READ, THEN WATCH THIS HERE-
1. BE POSITIVE NEGATIVE
We always say think positive. But now think negative. Yes! Take the advantage of thinking negative give threats to your brain. Like if you will fail, this will happen, that will happen. Now you may be wondering how this trick works. Well, this will increase your memorising speed as your brain will be feeling so scared and it will speed up your memorising power. If you still doubt this method then let me tell you that this is tried and tested OK. I always use this method while memorising the literature question and answers. So, yes it works! But remember do not use this in any other thing. It only works in studies.
2. HIGHLIGHT
Yes! Highlight the text you want to remember. Well, you may wonder how this works. Let me tell you about it then. When you will highlight the text, it will look different and more beautiful than the rest of the text written, your brain will find it attractive. You may not find it attractive but your brain will definitely do find it attractive. And it is a scientifically proven method. So go on highlight the text you want to remember. But don't highlight the whole book or else you will be scolded!! Hehehe, let's move to the next one.3. STUDY AS IF YOU HAVE TO TEACH IT TO SOMEONE
Yeah, you should study as if you have to teach it to someone else. When you will study like this your brain will automatically retain most of the information and then you will not need to just memorise it without understanding.

4. TEACH IT TO SOMEONE (OR JUST PRETEND)
After you have done (3) rd tip then teach it to someone like your friend or your small brother or sister. If you have nobody else to teach, then just pretend to teach it someone like your soft toys. I always do this. I teach it to my parents. If you teach it to someone then make sure they understand it well and don't get bored! And if you want to become a teacher in future, then this trick will be very much useful for you!!

5. STAY HYDRATED
Our body needs 1.5 to 2 litres of water daily. And drinking water can really boost your memory as it will make you feel fresh. And staying hydrated will also keep you away from many diseases. So, stay hydrated. And best of luck with your exams!!
GO ON A WALK
When you will go on a walk, your brain will be fresh and relaxed and when you will come back to study you will not feel bored. So, go on a walk and make your brain feel fresh.
